Any and all disputes relating to this Agreement, Hover-Davis’s Privacy Policy, your use of the Site, the Service, or the Content are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions.
c. Claims of Copyright Infringement. Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Service Provider’s Designated Agent.
7. Termination.
This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 2 (Use of the Service), 3 (Indemnification), 4 (Third Party Rights), 5(Privacy), 6(General Provisions) and 7 (Termination) and 8(Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
8. Miscellaneous.
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America applicable to agreements made and to be performed in The United States of America. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between www.hoverdavis.com and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in The United States of America . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. www.hoverdavis.com’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. www.hoverdavis.com may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure
As stated in Hover-Davis Corporation’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, Hover-Davis is committed to conducting its business in an ethical manner by complying with all applicable laws and regulations wherever it has operations. This includes complying with laws that prohibit child or forced labor. Hover-Davis Corporation does not currently: (1) engage in verification of product supply chains to evaluate and address risks of human trafficking and slavery; (2) conduct audits of suppliers to evaluate supplier compliance with company standards for trafficking and slavery in supply chains; (3) require direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into their products comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business; (4) maintain internal accountability standards and procedures for employees or contractors failing to meet company standards regarding slavery and human trafficking; or (5) provide employees and management, who have direct responsibility for supply chain management, training on human trafficking and slavery.
